Her entrepreneurial journey began at age 15 (2015), instilling perseverance and innovation. She then founded PT Rumah Masker Indonesia (2017), empowering a local brand via social media. This initiative grew significantly, collaborating with over 800 sellers in 115 cities and expanding to global market. As founder of Plause, she leads 50+ brand collaborations and founded ReadReady (a non-profit for literacy). Delsi is currently focused on Delshe, a platform dedicated to the mindful and spiritual growth of Muslim women. She remains committed to her mission of impact and empowerment.
