1. Program Purpose

The Women4Women mentorship platform aims to connect first-time women entrepreneurs across Southeast Asia with experienced mentors to provide guidance, support, and knowledge-sharing in areas such as leadership, branding, business development, and fundraising.

2. Eligibility

Mentors must:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years of professional or entrepreneurial experience.

  • Demonstrate a willingness to share knowledge, time, and expertise.

  • Commit to professional and respectful engagement.

Mentees must:

  • Be a woman entrepreneur or aspiring founder in Southeast Asia.

  • Be leading or planning to launch a business or project.

  • Demonstrate commitment to learning and applying feedback.

3. Code of Conduct

All participants must:

  • Treat each other with respect, confidentiality, and professionalism.

  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior.

  • Attend scheduled sessions on time and provide advance notice of cancellations.

4. Commitment

Mentors agree to:

  • Provide at least 1 mentorship session per month (online).

  • Offer honest, constructive feedback and insights.

  • Keep all shared business or personal information confidential.

Mentees agree to:

  • Prepare for each session with clear questions or topics.

  • Respect the mentor's time and input.

  • Actively work on implementing the advice received.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • Information shared during sessions must remain confidential.

  • Women4Women will not publicly share personal data without consent.

  • Sessions may be monitored for quality control.

6. Limitations & Disclaimer

  • Mentors offer advice based on experience; Women4Women is not liable for business outcomes based on mentorship.

  • The program is educational in nature and does not replace legal, financial, or medical advice.

7. Termination

  • Participants may withdraw from the program at any time with written notice.

  • Women4Women reserves the right to remove mentors or mentees for misconduct or breach of terms.

8. Consent & Acknowledgement

By joining the Women4Women Mentorship Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
