Currently, she is the Chief Business Officer of Toptimize, the co-founder of Wellbeing Advancement Organization, Youth Advancement for Development-"ពន្លកយុវជន” and founder of ScholarSpace and Chevening Bootcamp Initiative, and one of the founding members of Women4Women.
