The Women4Women mentorship platform is designed to support first-time and early-stage women entrepreneurs across Southeast Asia by connecting them with experienced mentors. Through this program, mentees will receive guidance, knowledge-sharing, and support in areas such as leadership, branding, business development, and fundraising.

2. Eligibility

Mentees must:

  • Identify as a woman entrepreneur or aspiring founder based in Southeast Asia.

  • Be leading or planning to launch a business or initiative.

  • Demonstrate a strong interest in learning and personal development.

  • Commit to active participation in the mentorship relationship.

3. Code of Conduct

All mentees are expected to:

  • Treat mentors and peers with respect, confidentiality, and professionalism.

  • Attend all scheduled sessions punctually and notify mentors in advance of any changes.

  • Prepare for each session with relevant questions or discussion topics.

  • Maintain a respectful and open attitude during all engagements.

  • Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior.

4. Commitment

Mentees agree to:

  • Respect the mentor’s time, expertise, and boundaries.

  • Actively apply insights gained through the mentorship process.

  • Communicate openly and consistently with the mentor.

5. Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • All information shared during sessions must be treated as confidential unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Women4Women will protect participants’ personal data and will not disclose any information without consent.

  • Sessions may be monitored for quality assurance and program development purposes.

6. Limitations and Disclaimer

  • Mentorship is based on the mentor’s personal and professional experience.

  • Women4Women is not liable for any business or personal outcomes resulting from mentorship.

  • This program is for educational and developmental purposes and does not replace legal, medical, or financial advice.

7. Termination

  • Mentees may withdraw from the program at any time by providing written notice.

  • Women4Women reserves the right to remove any mentee from the program in the event of misconduct or violation of these terms.

8. Consent and Acknowledgment

By signing up as a mentee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the above terms and conditions.
