1. Program Purpose
The Women4Women mentorship platform aims to support women entrepreneurs across Southeast Asia by fostering meaningful mentor-mentee relationships. Mentors provide guidance in business development, branding, leadership, fundraising, and other relevant areas.
2. Eligibility
Mentors must:
Have a minimum of three (3) years of professional or entrepreneurial experience.
Possess a willingness to share expertise and provide thoughtful guidance.
Commit to professional, ethical, and inclusive conduct.
3. Code of Conduct
All mentors are expected to:
Treat mentees with respect, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Uphold a supportive and inclusive environment.
Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct.
Be punctual and provide notice for any schedule changes.
4. Commitment
Mentors agree to:
Provide honest, constructive feedback and share relevant resources.
Maintain the confidentiality of all discussions and sensitive information.
Communicate clearly and respectfully with their mentees.
5. Confidentiality and Data Protection
All information shared by mentees is to be kept confidential and not disclosed without permission.
Women4Women will safeguard mentors’ personal data and ensure responsible data usage. (Please note: The information mentors provide on their public profiles (such as name, title, bio, expertise, and photo) will be visible to mentees and other users on the platform. However, private contact information, including phone number and email, will remain confidential and will not be displayed publicly.)
Sessions may be monitored for quality control.
6. Limitations and Disclaimer
Mentors offer advice based on experience; Women4Women is not liable for business outcomes based on mentorship.
The program is educational in nature and does not replace legal, financial, or medical advice.
7. Termination
Mentors may withdraw from the program at any time by turning off their availability for mentorship sessions through their platform profile settings.
Women4Women reserves the right to remove mentors for any breach of terms or inappropriate conduct.
8. Consent and Acknowledgment
By joining the Women4Women platform as a mentor, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
